Refund Policy

Because each bracelet is customized, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind after production starts.

If the item arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed design, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will repair, remake, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations requested before production may receive a full refund minus payment processing fees when applicable.
